By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a programme offered by Medical Coding Career Institution (MCC), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Course enrolment
Admission is confirmed only after the required documents, eligibility checks, and applicable fees have been received. Course schedules, faculty allocation, and training mode may be adjusted when reasonably required to maintain academic quality.
3. Fees and payments
Fees, instalment dates, and any applicable taxes will be communicated before enrolment. You are responsible for making payments by the agreed due date. Access to classes, materials, or certification may be paused where a payment remains overdue.
4. Student responsibilities
Students must provide accurate information, attend sessions responsibly, respect faculty and fellow learners, and not copy, distribute, record, or resell MCC learning materials without written permission.
5. Placement assistance
MCC provides career guidance and placement assistance where stated for a programme. Hiring decisions, job offers, compensation, and employer requirements are controlled solely by the recruiting organisation; employment cannot be guaranteed.
6. Intellectual property
Website content, study materials, branding, and course resources are owned by or licensed to MCC. They may be used only for personal learning connected with the enrolled programme.
